ABOUT THE ROLE
The Property Administrator is accountable to the Property Manager for assisting in the day-to-day administrative functions to achieve its business goals and objectives, while promoting and preserving positive resident relations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Resident Maintenance Requests
Receives or personally responds to resident requests, questions and inquiries pertaining to building maintenance and emergency service requests and dispatches instructions via operations software to the appropriate site maintenance associates for action in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as acts as a liaison between residents, operations and management to low to medium issues or if required escalates the more complex issues to Community/Maintenance Manager to ensure that tenants are receiving consistently high level of timely customer service.
2. Resident Communication and Notices
Prepares, records and distributes documentation, notices and correspondences for building maintenance/repairs, custodial services, HVAC, service interruptions etc., and follows up on completed services requests.
3. Resident Relations and Retention
Responds to general inquires and service requests, aimed at improving service delivery and promoting a high quality living experience for all residents.
4. Resident Correspondence & Communication
Prepares, drafts and distributes communications, notices, and responds to resident requests in a timely manner; liaises with maintenance teams and site associates in regards to service requests
5. Other Property Documentation
offers constructive suggestions to manager regarding improvements that can be made to improve resident relations, building maintenance or administrative procedures.
Any other job related duties and/or projects that may be assigned.

- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Conscientious and detail oriented
